Elsie ate cucumber yesterday and today, and then ate lettuce tonight for dinner! I am so happy to see that she is finally openning up to veggies! She also ate quite a bit of corn on the cob about a week ago.
The wierdest thing too, we just bought a food processor so I could sneak veggies into meals and then this happens...go figure!
